Reseller Discount & Payout Policy

The following Reseller Discount & Payout Policy is an integral part of the Kanthastitch.in Reseller Program and should be read along with the Reseller Program Terms and Registration Form.

1. Discount Allocation

  • Every approved reseller will receive a unique coupon code.
  • Discount percentages are determined solely by Kanthastitch.in and may vary from reseller to reseller.
  • Discount eligibility depends on several factors, including but not limited to:
    • Social media activity and engagement.
    • Quality and authenticity of referred customers.
    • Order completion rate.
    • Product return and cancellation rate.
    • Compliance with reseller program terms.
    • Overall contribution to the Kanthastitch.in brand.

Kanthastitch.in reserves the exclusive right to increase, decrease, suspend, or withdraw any reseller discount at any time without prior notice.

2. Customer Discount

  • Customers purchasing through a reseller’s unique coupon code will generally receive up to 10% discount on eligible products.
  • The actual discount offered may vary depending on promotional campaigns, product categories, or reseller performance.
  • Kanthastitch.in reserves the right to modify customer discount percentages at its sole discretion.

3. Reseller Commission (Payout)

  • In addition to the customer discount, the reseller will generally receive a 5% commission.
  • This commission is calculated after deducting the customer’s coupon discount from the final purchase value.
  • Commission is calculated only on the final amount actually paid by the customer, excluding shipping charges, taxes (where applicable), refunds, cancellations, promotional adjustments, and other deductions.

Example:

  • Product Price: ₹2,000
  • Customer Discount (10%): ₹200
  • Customer Pays: ₹1,800
  • Reseller Commission (5% of ₹1,800): ₹90

4. Variable Commission Structure

The 5% commission is an average payout and is not guaranteed for every reseller.

Commission rates may be increased or decreased based on:

  • Sales performance.
  • Number of successful completed orders.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Low return and cancellation percentage.
  • Authentic customer base.
  • Active promotion on social media.
  • Compliance with Kanthastitch.in policies.
  • Any other business considerations deemed appropriate by Kanthastitch.in.

Exceptional-performing resellers may receive higher commission rates, while inactive or low-performing resellers may receive lower rates.

5. Commission Eligibility

A commission becomes eligible only after:

  • The order has been successfully delivered.
  • The applicable return/refund period has expired.
  • The order has not been cancelled, refunded, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.

Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, rejected, or found to be fraudulent will not qualify for reseller commission.

6. Right to Modify

Kanthastitch.in reserves the right to:

  • Revise commission percentages.
  • Change customer discount percentages.
  • Modify payout calculations.
  • Introduce promotional or seasonal commission structures.
  • Suspend or terminate reseller benefits for violation of program policies.

7. Final Decision

All decisions regarding:

  • Discount allocation,
  • Coupon eligibility,
  • Commission calculation,
  • Order attribution,
  • Payout approval, and
  • Reseller performance evaluation

shall be made solely by Kanthastitch.in, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
