Beauty Jewellers Reseller Programme – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Beauty Jewellers Reseller Programme. This programme allows individuals, influencers, content creators, homemakers, students, and entrepreneurs to earn by promoting and selling Beauty Jewellers products through their social networks and customer base.

By registering as a reseller, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To become a Beauty Jewellers Reseller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Have an active mobile number and email address.
  • Maintain at least one active social media account or customer network.
  • Agree to all programme terms and conditions.

Beauty Jewellers reserves the right to approve or reject any reseller application without assigning any reason.

2. Registration

To join the programme, every applicant must submit:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Complete Address
  • Bank Account Details (for commission payouts)
  • UPI ID (optional, if accepted for payouts)
  • PAN Card (if requested)
  • Profile Photograph (optional, if requested)
  • Links to social media profiles or business pages (if applicable)

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or termination of the reseller account.

3. Reseller Coupon Code

After approval:

  • Each reseller will receive a unique referral or coupon code.
  • Customers must use this code during checkout for the reseller to receive commission.
  • Orders placed without the reseller’s code or referral link will not qualify for commission.

The coupon code remains the property of Beauty Jewellers and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

4. Discount Structure

  • Beauty Jewellers decides the customer discount associated with each reseller coupon code.
  • Discount percentages are determined solely by Beauty Jewellers.
  • Different resellers may receive different customer discount rates.
  • Discount rates may change at any time without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to introduce promotional campaigns that may temporarily override reseller discounts.

5. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding:

  • Shipping charges
  • Taxes (where applicable)
  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Returned orders
  • Failed payment transactions

As a general guideline:

  • Customers using an approved reseller coupon may receive a discount decided by Beauty Jewellers.
  • Resellers may earn a commission on eligible completed orders.
  • Commission percentages are determined solely by Beauty Jewellers and may vary from one reseller to another.

Beauty Jewellers reserves the right to revise commission rates at any time.

6. Performance-Based Rewards

Reseller benefits are not the same for everyone.

Commission percentages, customer discounts, and additional incentives may depend on factors including:

  • Number of successful orders
  • Total sales value
  • Quality of customer service
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Return percentage
  • Cancellation percentage
  • Fake or fraudulent orders
  • Social media activity
  • Promotional efforts
  • Brand representation
  • Long-term performance

Active and high-performing resellers may receive higher commissions, exclusive coupon codes, early product access, promotional materials, or additional rewards at the sole discretion of Beauty Jewellers.

7. Commission Approval

Commission will be approved only after:

  • The order has been successfully delivered.
  • The customer has completed the return/replacement period.
  • Payment has been successfully received by Beauty Jewellers.
  • No refund or dispute is pending.

Beauty Jewellers’ records shall be considered final in determining eligible commissions.

8. Payout Schedule

Approved commissions are generally processed:

  • Monthly, or
  • According to the payout schedule announced by Beauty Jewellers.

Payments will be transferred to the registered bank account or approved payment method provided by the reseller.

Beauty Jewellers reserves the right to hold payouts if verification is required.

9. Minimum Payout

Beauty Jewellers may specify a minimum commission amount before payouts are processed.

If the minimum payout threshold is not reached, the commission balance will be carried forward to the next payout cycle.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

No commission will be paid on:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Returned products
  • Refunded purchases
  • Payment failures
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Duplicate orders
  • Orders violating company policies

If commission has already been credited for a refunded order, Beauty Jewellers reserves the right to adjust the amount against future payouts.

11. Marketing Guidelines

Resellers are encouraged to promote Beauty Jewellers through ethical marketing practices.

Resellers must not:

  • Make false claims about products.
  • Misrepresent prices or discounts.
  • Use misleading advertisements.
  • Spam customers.
  • Post offensive, illegal, or defamatory content.
  • Misuse the Beauty Jewellers brand name or logo.
  • Create fake reviews or fake orders.

All promotional content should accurately represent Beauty Jewellers and its products.

12. Use of Brand Assets

Beauty Jewellers may provide:

  • Product photographs
  • Promotional banners
  • Videos
  • Catalogues
  • Marketing materials

These materials may be used only for promoting Beauty Jewellers products and must not be altered in a misleading manner.

13. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to generate commissions through fraudulent means, including but not limited to:

  • Fake customers
  • Fake orders
  • Self-purchases solely to earn commission
  • Coupon abuse
  • Payment manipulation
  • Multiple fake accounts
  • Misuse of referral codes

may result in immediate termination of the reseller account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

14. Independent Relationship

Resellers are independent promoters and are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of Beauty Jewellers.

Participation in the programme does not create an employment relationship.

15. Modification of the Programme

Beauty Jewellers reserves the right to:

  • Change commission rates.
  • Modify discount structures.
  • Update payout rules.
  • Suspend promotional campaigns.
  • Add or remove programme benefits.
  • Revise these Terms & Conditions.

Any updates become effective immediately upon publication.

16. Suspension or Termination

Beauty Jewellers may suspend or terminate a reseller account without prior notice if the reseller:

  • Violates programme policies.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Damages the reputation of Beauty Jewellers.
  • Uses unethical marketing practices.
  • Provides false information.
  • Abuses the coupon system.
  • Fails to comply with applicable laws.

Termination may result in cancellation of pending commissions.

17. Limitation of Liability

Beauty Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the reseller programme.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at the reseller’s own discretion.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
